Check your thermostat, and make sure that it set to cool and that the temperature is where you want it but should never be below 72 degree's during cooling cycle. Also set the fan to auto. You can also check the circuit breaker to make sure the switch has not been tripped. Reset if there is doubt. Check filter and replace, if dirty, it could cause system to freeze and stop cooling at that time shut off to let it thaw for a couple of hours. Then start it back up. Check the thermostat, and make sure the fan is set to auto and not "on" . Also be sure to check the fuse box, you may to reset it. Be sure to check the filter as well if it's clogged air will not flow and system will freeze.

Check for opened windows, doors. Also check the inside of doors for gaps, and to also adjust the damper levers located on each air outlet grill. Also called testing and balancing system.
